Andrew Stevens Homes offers a full design service – whether you want a new build or are looking to renovate or extend your current home.

Even though each of our building projects are unique, they all begin the same – with an onsite meeting to discuss your home requirements. We listen to all of our clients’ requirements, while sharing our experience of how to get the most out of the space and utilise the block.

The design stage is the base for the entire build project, we use our meticulous and thorough processes to ensure the best possible design outcome.

Our Home Design Process

• The first onsite meeting and discussing your needs
• Next we create an initial design concept to gather more feedback on whether we’re on the same page to creating your ideal home.
• Thereafter we move to create basic drawings, and then work out an initial costing.

Once a client is completely satisfied with the planned design, and comfortable with costs, then we move to finish the planning stage.
